Yvonne Hylton was diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease in 2007. 12-years into her journey with the disease, she is constantly seeking new ways to give back to her community, and to have a stronger relationship with her own body. This film chronicles a year in her life and journey with as a member of the Rochester, NY Parkinson’s Community.
